For this our second order from Andrew Ltd this month, we designed and supplied 16 x 3.6m and 72 x 2.4m Antenna heating panels & 4 x 3.6m and 24 x 2.4m centre heater panels.

Cray Valley Ltd - Grimsby
For the use on coconut oil storage, ESH supplied materials to maintain NB steel pipe at 55°C in an hazardous zone 1 area, using both mineral insulated heating circuits and constant wattage heating tape.

Horizon House - Wolverhampton
Supplied and installed a frost protection system to the roof mounted BCW pipework within this drug & substance abuse centre.

Corbett Hospital - Dudley
Supply and installation of a trace heating system to provide frost protection to the cold water pipework. 130m of heating tape used on this job.

British Nuclear Fuels
This was an interesting project to design 4 heated transport cases, suitable for carrying 20 x 500ml plastic bottles, containing 6M Nitric Acid. The maintained temperature required was 40°C.

Merton Schools Project
This was a large project involving six different schools. ESH supplied and installed H20WAT65 heating tape and controller type DHB330F to provide a disinfection facility on the hot water system against Legionella. The school involved in the Merton schools project were - Mitcham Vale, Richards Lodge, Rutlish Manor, Raynes Park, Bishopsford and Tamworth school.
